Leek and watercress veloute with shredded smoked chicken and crème fraiche

For our non meat eaters we can serve without chicken

Wild mushroom, ricotta cheese and basil ravioli


Champagne water ice with freeze dried raspberry sherbet


Fillet of beef Wellington with a wild mushroom duxcelle wrapped in flaky pastry served with a buttered fondant potato roasted parsnip, carrot and butternut squash splashed with a rich burgundy wine reduction

Garden roasted vegetable wellington with a pasatta and garlic sauce


Cranachan Scottish oats toasted and layered with fresh cream and raspberries topped with meringue, raspberry syrup and honeycomb.


Bath blue with candied walnuts, chutney and table biscuits


Coffee/tea with baileys chocolate truffle
