This National Trust garden was created in the 18th century, with influence from Capability Brown and poet Alexander Pope.
It contains one of the world’s four Palladian bridges, as well as the lovely Serpentine Lake. Walkers can make their way to the start of the Bath SkyLine, which is a six-mile walk through surrounding woodland and meadowland. There are wonderful views to be enjoyed, and a small kiosk sells drinks and snacks.
